Bedlam Inc · Manufacturing Software

Software that never phones home.

Bedlam builds sealed, local-only ERP for shops that can't put their data in someone else's cloud. No network capability in the core. Architected against NIST 800-171 controls. Your data lives in your building.

Six principles we build by

They shape every design decision.

P1
Local data
Your operational data stays on your own hardware, in your building. There is no cloud copy, because there is no cloud.
P2
LAN is local. Internet is not.
Terminals talk to your floor server over your own wiring. The core cannot reach the internet by design.
P3
The UI never touches data.
Every read and write passes through a controlled command layer that checks identity, permission, and validity. The screen can't go around it.
P4
Everything is attributable.
An audit log records who did what and when. It is tamper-evident by design and can be verified on a regular schedule.
P5
Claims must be literally true.
We say "architected against NIST 800-171 controls," never "compliant." Compliance belongs to your assessed environment, and we help you earn it.
P6
Protect the code realistically.
We raise the cost of theft with real engineering. We will never sell you "theft-proof."

Who's behind this

Two founders. Aerospace and retail backgrounds.

One of us runs quality assurance in aerospace manufacturing and has sat through the audits you're preparing for. The other comes from retail and facility operations with a data-analysis background. We build one codebase, own one market each, and write software the way regulated shops actually run.

Compliance-readiness consulting

CMMC Phase 2 begins November 2026 and assessor capacity is limited. We prepare security narratives, network diagrams, SOPs, and audit packages on real QA credentials. Readiness typically takes 6 to 12 months, so it's worth starting early.
